ABOUT COACH SHEPP
With 20 years of law enforcement and courtroom experience, Stephen Sheppleman honorably served as a law enforcement officer in the City of Chester, PA, a high-crime area, where he worked tirelessly to protect underserved communities facing socioeconomic challenges. This experience sharpened his expertise in school safety, public budgets, and union negotiations, while strengthening his commitment to safety and opportunity for all.

After retiring, he continued serving the community by volunteering in youth sports and coaching football, leveraging his prior role as a CDL National Safety Council Instructor and Examiner, to mentor and educate young people.
As a father, he is deeply invested in the schools—his eldest son, a proud graduate of Avon Grove Charter School, now serves in the Marine Corps; his daughter graduated with the Avon Grove High Class of 2025; and his rising sophomore son attends Avon Grove High.
